Susanna Carolusson, MSc, Lic Psychologist, Lic Psychotherapist, dipl hypnotherapist, dipl body psychotherapist, cert. ego state therapist, certified supervisor and teacher in psychodynamic psychotherapy and ego state therapy, chair EST-SE, SSCH honorary member and past president, ESH fellowship award for expertise in clinical hypnosis and contribution to the field of hypnosis with teaching and writing 2020. 1976-1980 pediatric psychology. 1986- adult psychiatry, psychosomatics, organizational psychology, private practice. Head teacher of advanced teaching programs for SSCH. 1985-2020: Clinical Hypnosis and Egostate therapist. 2005-: Head of faculty for Psychodynamic Supervisor and Teacher diploma educations; accredited by Swe Psychol Assoc.
Past representative in ISH and ESH Councils. Past editor of Swedish Journal of Hypnosis. Past Chairman of SSCH Milton Erickson Foundation for Science and Research. In ISH advisory board for membership applications. Member of the nominating committee for ISH awards 2015-2017 and 2019.
1992-2020: At Gothenburg University, guest teacher, student therapist and clinical supervisor. Clinical consultant in hypnosis for IBS at three Swedish University Hospitals. Case and process supervisor for business managers, social workers, rehab staff, physicians, psychotherapists and psychologists.
1996-:  Regularly invited speaker/teacher at international and national congresses. Last five years assisting colleagues in Russia to build a postgraduate hypnosis training. Regular trainer in Ego state training program in Poland.
Published two and co-authored five books, several articles, produced audiofiles: hypnosis for healing, sleep, stress management, IBS and downregulating the immune system. Interviewed about hypnosis in Swedish Television, Bulgarian television and Swedish Radio countless times.
